Mirror Polished Cooling Roller Features
- All materials are made of 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel, processed through heat treatment processes including welding, stress relief, tempering, and quenching.
- A suitable circulation system or jacket is installed between the rollers to ensure a temperature difference of no more than ±0.5°C on the roller surface.
- Surface hardness can reach HRC52-58 after quenching, and HRC62 after chrome plating and polishing.
- Using imported polishing equipment and materials, the wheel hub surface roughness can reach Ra0.01, with a concentricity of no more than 0.01mm.
