The pattern calender roller is an essential component in nonwoven fabric production. It processes pretreated and mixed fibers by feeding them to hot rollers, where they undergo high-temperature, high-pressure squeezing and stretching. This process strengthens molecular bonds within the fibers, creating fabrics with enhanced strength and stability.

Proper roller pressure control is critical for optimal results. Excessive pressure creates overly rigid fabric surfaces, while insufficient pressure compromises fiber bonding, affecting fabric strength and stability.
